About me

My name is Anna Gregier and I have been involved in real estate and property development for 25 years.

I have extensive experience and numerous successes. Here are some examples: cooperation with Praktiker (realization of investments in Piła), with Statoil (realization of investments in Mrągowo), with Kaufland – seeking out land under construction of supermarkets in Skierniewice, Piaseczno, Pleszewo, Warsaw, Mragowo, also coordinating construction projects and regulations, obtaining necessary administrative decisions and permits, supervising construction sites, obtaining permits for use and sale of facilities. Throughout the entire investment process, I have been concluding agreements with subcontractors, supervising schedules and payments. At J.W. Construction SA and at BUDNER SA I realized many large and flagship residential investments.

I effectively advise in the matters of large investments. I have extensive experience in cooperating with banks, and broad knowledge of the financial aspects of company management. I managed investment budgets worth 130 million PLN.

I am an author of the development strategy for road infrastructure in Poland, which you can find on my website. In the past, I also managed a real estate agency and a consulting firm, therefore I am able to work under pressure of time, and have exceptional negotiation and sales skills.

I have experience in ISO procedures and CRM software. I graduated from numerous training courses, e.g. investment counsellor training course. I have PRINCE 2 Foundation certificate, and I am authorized to sit in the Supervisory Boards.

I have a lot of contacts, I am operative, well organized and resourceful person. I am able to set my goals and make the right choices on my own.

I strive for changing the status quo, to which I can convince others. I am a manager with vision, I have the ability to plan, manage, to see things holistically. I have intuition, faith and courage. I do not lack organization talent, I can manage people and I like to be among people.

I am a member of the Project Managers Association – consociating Graduates of Post-graduate Studies of Project Management on Warsaw School of Economics, and a member of the Board of the Warsaw Branch of Polish Communication Technicians and Engineers Association.
