My name is Anna Gregier and I have been involved in real estate and property development for 25 years.
I have extensive experience and numerous successes. I am a manager with vision, I have the ability to plan, manage, to see things holistically. I have intuition, faith and courage. I do not lack organization talent, I can manage people and I like to be among people. I am operative, well organized and resourceful person.
I effectively advise in the matters of large investments. I have extensive experience in cooperating with banks, and broad knowledge of the financial aspects of company management. I managed investment budgets worth 130 million PLN.
I strive for changing the status quo, to which I can convince others. I am a manager with vision, I have the ability to plan, manage, to see things holistically. I have intuition, faith and courage. I do not lack organization talent, I can manage people and I like to be among people.
I am an author of the development strategy for road infrastructure in Poland, which you can find on my website. In the past, I also managed a real estate agency and a consulting firm, therefore I am able to work under pressure of time, and have exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
I am a member of the Project Managers Association – consociating Graduates of Post-graduate Studies of Project Management on Warsaw School of Economics, and a member of the Board of the Warsaw Branch of Polish Communication Technicians and Engineers Association.
